My name is Steve Huddleston. My wife is Marcia. We live just outside the town of Vergas, Minnesota.
Married in 1977. We have two boys, both married to wonderful young ladies. Four grandsons, and a granddaughter.
My youngest son and I have a construction business.
As a part time hobby/businsses, I train horses, horsemen, and privately instruct individuals
in the use of handguns for self defense. Marcia has a property inspection business. I also help her with that.
So we stay busy.
In our spare time we both volunteer in our county's Sheriff's Posse, as well as a local city's Police Reserve Unit.
We enjoy attending church at the Harvest Barn, cowboy church, by Height-of-Land Lake, on State Hwy 34, east
of Detroit Lakes, MN.
Horses come and go at our place, but mules are family. Both Marcia and I lost our two prize mules, Ranger and 'Sota
in 2007. It was hard even considering a replacement for them. Always having horses at hand, we made do with what we had avalible.
Now we finally have some new personal riding mules, Lena & Logan! I'll tell more about them below.
