#1. All types of remodeling. Including adapting rooms,
baths, hallways, kitchens, and stairs, in ways to enable senior citizens to stay in their homes longer.
We prefer to purchase materials locally, when possible. We are also
happy to install materials you have purchased as well. Tile, laminated flooring, fixtures, heating stoves, kitchen equipment,
etc.
#2. Property Inspections, year round. Walk around door check and one photo emailed to you is included
in our basic $25 once a month plan.
#3. We repair/replace water heaters, water softeners, and fauctes, as well as
furnace and hotwater (hydronic) heat installations.
#4. Heat taping of water lines & sewer lines, above ground or buried. Heat tape wells,
pumps, pressure tanks, yard hydrants, lift stations, etc. We have ways of installing heat tapes right inside the
water line or sewer line itself. Several types to choose from. All heat tapes are self thermostaticly controled over their
whole length, so that only the portion that needs to heat does so. These are not the old flat heat tapes with one
thermostat that shuts the whole tape off, allowing a pipe to freeze, or that can overheat and cause a fire.
#5. Tree trimming and removal. We do not have a bucket truck but we are capable of
removing some fairly large trees from your yard.
#6. Building maintenance. We do all sorts of repairs and upgrades
to keep your properties in top shape.
#7. Winterizing of lake cabin plumbing systems, and re-opening of them in the spring.
We do use licensed sub contractors (elect. plumbing, septic) where and as required, for our
remodel projects. We prefer to use the ones known to us in our area but are happy to work with any sub prefered
by our customers as well.
