So you've gotten your carry permit and still not sure of your ability to use a handgun properly.

Or you feel you need some practice with a coach, privately, one on one, before you take a carry class.

Either way I can help. My training will be in private at my outdoor pistol range.

Learn the difference between hunting skills, police skills, or military skills, and the self-defense skills that you need to learn.

Using a handgun for self-defense requires a totally different mindset than hunting, police, or military does.

Learn how to use the handgun you already have. What it is capable of, how to safely handle it, clean it, store it, and carry it. How to bring it into action.

Or if you do not already have a handgun; what type you will need.  Revolver or semi-automatic? Single action, double action, double action only, or safety action? Weight, grip size, overall size, and barrel length?  Price?  All things to consider depending on your home or personal protection needs, as well as other requirments you may have for your gun such as hunting or competitive target shooting.

Learn, the Three 3's and the need for close quarter shooting practice.

Discover what you will learn from practicing intentional sight deveation.

As well as the Tuller Drill.

Practice these as well as double taps, target differential, shooting from concealment,  turning a corner, advancing through a doorway, using a flashlight. Using different stances. Shooting with your weak hand. Clearing your gun. Clearing your gun without using your other hand. Tap-roll-rack-fire. How to reload. Reloading without using your other hand. Point shooting.

What to do when the cops show up. How to act. What can happen.

You get no certificate for this class. But you will leave with the knowlage of how your gun works, how to care for it, how to safely handle it, how to use it for self-defense and defense of your home.
